Houston, TX (January 1, 2022) – Calvetti Ferguson is pleased to announce the promotion of five of our team members. Each has gone above and beyond in their current roles and have proven a passion for excellence in their character and work. Below are the newly promoted team members.
Nodaly Villalobos will be promoted to Tax Administrative Assistant. As a receptionist, she wore many different hats, supported multiple departments, and showed immense skill to learn quickly and execute at a high level. In her new role as Tax Administrative Assistant, she will assist and support the Tax Department.
Rachel Rhea will be promoted to Tax Manager. As a senior tax associate, she leaned into her natural abilities as a leader through her tax compliance and consulting work with entrepreneurs and family groups. She has also been an integral part of recruiting and staff development in the firm. In her new role as Tax Manager, she will build upon her already strong client relationship skills and serve as the primary client service leader for various tax engagements.
Amanda Baldwin will be promoted to Lead Assurance Admin. As an assurance administrative assistant, she was instrumental in streamlining and automating the tracking process for the assurance team. She has shown dedication to quality in her work and lives out the values of servant leadership. In her new role as Lead Assurance Admin, she will take on greater responsibilities to support the growing team.
Emily Martin will be promoted to Executive Director of Marketing. As the marketing director, she was a primary driver of lead generation and brand awareness through both digital and traditional mediums. Emily is the voice of the Calvetti Ferguson brand and works across service lines and markets to improve the client experience. In her new role as Executive Director of Marketing, she will continue advancing the brand’s awareness and affinity in the marketplace and among clientele.
Jared Hamilton will be promoted to Executive Director of Human Resources and People Development. As the human resources director, he created an environment conducive to positivity and career growth through implementing various programs and initiatives. He has been instrumental in guiding and carrying out the firm’s core values on a day-to-day basis through his work. He has continually overcome challenges with persistence and a can-do approach and will continue to do so in his new role as Executive Director of Human Resources and People Development.
