Before embarking on his nine-year journey in corporate leadership, Jared Hamilton spent an extensive 13-year tenure coaching and teaching in higher education, with a substantial decade of those years dedicated to collegiate athletics. Fondly known as ‘Coach Ham,’ he draws inspiration from the transformative experiences of turning struggling baseball programs into victorious teams. This journey profoundly influences his approach to mentoring professionals in the corporate sphere. Joining Calvetti Ferguson in 2019, Jared’s career trajectory includes a five-year stint as part of the HR leadership team at the Kentucky headquarters of Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline. Prior to that, he led a field operations team in northwest Kansas for two years. As an Executive Board Certified Coach (BCC) and a certified EQi 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) coach, Jared’s qualifications are enriched by his undergraduate degree in Communications from Sterling College of Kansas and a master’s degree in Sports Management from the United States Sports Academy in Alabama.
