Calvetti Ferguson is proud to announce the promotion of three outstanding assurance team members effective as of December 1. Please join us in congratulating them on their well-deserved promotions. Their hard work, dedication, and expertise are truly appreciated.

Victoria Ayala has been promoted to assurance manager. Victoria joined Calvetti Ferguson through the internship program in January 2021. She has excelled in her career, from intern to manager in the assurance practice. She works with privately held companies within the private equity arena from our Dallas office. She also works with companies in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, and service industries. Victoria has demonstrated exceptional advancement in her career, not only in her technical ability but also in her leadership and relationships with clients and staff. Victoria is currently in the LEAD Program and offers exceptional value to her teammates and the clients she serves.

Rosa Sotelo has been promoted to assurance senior associate. She joined Calvetti Ferguson for her first professional accounting role after graduation. In the past two years, Rosa has worked with owner-operated and private equity-owned middle market companies in manufacturing, engineering, software-as-a-service (SaaS), construction, and employee benefit plans, to name a few. She has grown her technical skills significantly, but her strongest trait is her ability to grow relationships with her clients and her teammates. Rosa continues to promote a culture of excellence within Calvetti Ferguson and has distinguished herself as a leader.
Megan Donhauser has been promoted to assurance senior associate. Megan started her career at Calvetti Ferguson as an intern in September 2021. Since then, she has provided exceptional value in serving privately held companies within the manufacturing, distribution, technology, and private equity industries. Megan’s outstanding leadership skills have made her instrumental in growing the assurance practice, developing our people, adding immense value to the clients she serves, and driving our culture at Calvetti Ferguson.
