She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas. Anneka’s passion lies in aiding business owners in their growth journey and eventual selling process. She is an advisory partner with extensive expertise in public accounting, consulting, and industry practices. Her expertise covers various specialties, including valuations, quality of earnings assessments, M&A sell-side representation, bankruptcy and restructuring assistance, technical accounting guidance, and litigation consulting. Anneka has honed her industry-specific knowledge, making her adept at working with various sectors, such as oil & gas exploration, oilfield services, electric and utilities, manufacturing & distribution, industrial services, retail, professional services, construction and real estate development, healthcare, and technology. In recognition of her accomplishments and dedication to her field, Anneka received the prestigious ACG Middle Market Growth Young Professional Award in 2021. Furthermore, Anneka participates in various professional organizations, as well as serving as a Board Member of the Houston Chapter of the ACG, further solidifying her commitment to her profession and continued growth.
