Jason co-founded the firm along with Jim Calvetti in 2003 and has significantly grown its six office locations throughout Texas, specifically in the Dallas area. He has over 20 years of experience with national CPA firms and specializes in private and public company audits, in addition to consulting on internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Jason has focused on growing the firm’s presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with the acquisition of Mayrath & Company, P.C. in 2019 and Kapp & Miller, P.C. in 2020 increasing their employee headcount to over 130 professionals across their six office locations. His approach to growing the firm organically as well as to acquire firms with a similar entrepreneurial mindset has been recognized by achieving awards such as one of 2020’s Fastest Growing Firms by Inside Public Accounting and Dallas Business Journal’s 2020 Largest North Texas CPA Firms.
