The Houston Chronicle released its eleventh annual Top Workplaces report Sunday, November 15. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. Last year, the Houston Chronicle recognized 150 organizations that employ nearly 135,000 people across a variety of industries. The Top Workplaces shared a common philosophy: recognizing their workers as their most important assets and the key to their success.
