Kyle Kmiec is a Tax Partner at Calvetti Ferguson and has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting. His practice is focused on providing tax compliance and consulting for family-owned and private equity-backed businesses across a wide variety of industries including real estate, construction, oil field services, and professional services.
Bo Boyd is a partner at Walker Reisenbraun in Houston. Her practice covers an array of complex corporate, transactional, and governance matters, predominantly for clients in the energy sector.
Frances Powell-Hawes is currently a board member at PGT Innovations and Laredo Petroleum, Inc. and board member and audit committee chair at Archrock, Inc.
