Houston, TX (March 16, 2020) – We are writing to let you know what we’re doing to respond to the needs of our team members and clients. As the impact of the Coronavirus continues to evolve, our firm’s attention is on the safety and well-being of team members, clients, families, and the communities in which we live.
At this time, Calvetti Ferguson will not be accepting visitors in our offices through Friday, April 3rd. We have also implemented a travel ban in order to limit our public interactions. Team members will work remotely and leverage technology to connect virtually with clients and colleagues. As we navigate this situation together, we are firmly focused on the importance of delivering uninterrupted, quality service to our clients.
Tax clients: As of today, tax deadlines have not been extended. Even if deadlines are extended, we prefer to complete returns based on the original deadlines. Therefore, please continue to provide documents electronically using Sharefile. If you have questions, please contact your engagement partner or manager.
Assurance clients: Deadlines have not changed, so we will continue to work to meet them. Our team members will reach out to clients for which we have upcoming onsite meetings or fieldwork scheduled to determine next steps. Please utilize SuraLink for file sharing and contact your engagement partner or manager with questions.
Accounting Services & Advisory clients: If a CF team member is frequently on-site for your engagement, they will reach out to make arrangements to continue serving you. Please continue to utilize Sharefile to send documents electronically. If you have questions, please contact your engagement partner or manager.
We are committed to continuing to provide excellent service as we all navigate these unprecedented times. We are grateful for our relationship, and your friendship, and encourage you to contact us if you have questions or would like more information.
