To be considered for the award, you must first meet the minimum response rate of 20%. According to ClearlyRated, “the best accountants secured the Best of Accounting award by obtaining at least a 50% Net Promoter Score indicating that they provide exceptionally high levels of client service to their accounting clients.” In the broader business world, a Net Promoter Score of 50% is considered “Excellent.”
For this award, Calvetti Ferguson obtained a Net Promoter Score of 71%, which places Calvetti Ferguson above the “Excellent” category and into the “World Class” category. For comparison, the benchmark for the industry in 2022 was only 39%.
