Calvetti Ferguson is delighted to sponsor the Private Directors Association-Houston Chapter’s upcoming The Evolution of a Private Company Board from the Company’s Perspective breakfast event on June 21 in the TC Energy Building downtown. The attendees will hear from a panel of business owners discussing their experiences creating an advisory board or board of directors for their business. The conference will cover the following topics: building a board, leveraging the board’s resources in making the industry, and sitting on boards of growing companies. Cary Luhn, CPA, the accounting services partner in charge at Calvetti Ferguson, will moderate this talk. Mike Luna, a self-employed oil and gas industry executive, Grant Crowell, a founder and entrepreneur from TUF Industrial, and Imran Khan, an entrepreneur and business owner, will be the experts holding this talk.

“Calvetti Ferguson, a sponsor of the Private Directors Association, and I are thrilled to host the Evolution of a Private Company Board from the Company’s Perspective event,” says Cary Luhn, accounting services partner in charge at Calvetti Ferguson. “This event covers essential topics that are instrumental in shaping the future of private company boards. I am excited to be a part of an event that brings together diverse perspectives, an exchange of ideas, and navigates the ever-evolving board landscape.”

This event will allow businesses to evaluate existing boards and help educate companies considering forming one. Calvetti Ferguson looks forward to connecting and networking with other Private Directors Association Houston members. Register on the Private Directors Association website.
