Calvetti Ferguson is thrilled to announce our continued support as a sponsor of the fifth annual M2G Ventures Art of the Mind Gala. This will be the third year that Calvetti Ferguson has supported this important event dedicated to spreading mental health awareness in Fort Worth. This year’s event will take place on Thursday, November 7th, at the iconic Tannahill’s Tavern and Music Hall.

Hosted by M2G Ventures, a women-owned commercial real estate investment and development firm, the Art of the Mind Gala is hosted to further address how our world treats mental illness by supporting the Fort Worth location of the UT Southwestern Center for Depression Research & Clinical Care (CDRC).

The program will include a silent auction, dinner, live art auction, and live entertainment with an exclusive, private performance by Grammy Award-winner Lee Ann Womack. The gala celebrates the fusion of art and purposeful dialogue to foster a deeper understanding of mental illness and health. The M2G Ventures Art of the Mind Gala aims to raise $1 million for the UT Southwestern CDRC to support doctors and researchers at the CDRC, who are changing the way mental illness is diagnosed and treated, now and in the future. For 2024, M2G Ventures aims to surpass last year’s fundraising total.

M2G Ventures collaborates with local artists to create meaningful fine art that aims to shift how we discuss mental health and comprehend mental illness. The Art of the Mind Gala is meant to show that art can convey our thoughts when words fall short. Each local artist has crafted a distinct piece of art that represents their understanding of the mental health experience. The gala will conclude with an evening of conversations, hope, and inspiration. The proceeds from the art auction will support the mission and efforts of UT Southwestern’s Center for Depression Research & Clinical Care.

“The Art of the Mind fundraising event is truly a great cause. I’m looking forward to seeing all of the beautiful artwork from our local artists and just being a part of an impactful evening dedicated to supporting mental health wellness within our Fort Worth community,” says Michael Arnell, Fort Worth managing partner at Calvetti Ferguson.

Calvetti Ferguson is proud to sponsor organizations that support our values, like M2G Ventures. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of our Fort Worth community members. Mental health is essential to a thriving society, and we are committed to supporting initiatives that promote wellness and resilience.
