Bo is a tax partner with more than 14 years of experience in public and private sector accounting. Bo earned his Bachelor of Accounting and Information Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and his Master of Taxation from the University of North Texas. He has extensive experience servicing various clients, from hedge funds, private equity funds, and portfolio companies to high-net-worth individuals, manufacturing companies, and professional services companies, specializing in federal, state, and international tax compliance and structuring. He previously co-led the private equity US tax compliance department at one of the world’s largest investment banks. Bo brings a unique perspective of balancing the needs of a business with maintaining the client or investor’s experience. Additionally, Bo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and gives back to the community through his various involvement with the North Texas Food Bank.
