Scott is an assurance partner with over ten years of experience and primarily focuses on the construction industry. However, his clients also operate in the energy, construction, manufacturing, and distribution industries. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Accounting from Sam Houston State University. Scott has extensive technical accounting experience with complex transactions, such as purchase accounting, auditing, financial statement audits, stock-based compensation, and the issuance of debt and equity financings. He is also a member of all the following: Association for Corporate Growth- Dallas Fort Worth Chapter, Construction Financial Management Association – Dallas Fort Worth Chapter, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of General Contractors of America, and Surety Association of Houston.
