Coaching Program

What is our coaching program?

Our coaching program is a developmental program designed to help you succeed in your career path. Trained coaches and their coachees will work together to identify the coachee’s personal and professional goals and develop a plan to achieve these goals. Coaches help foster success at Calvetti Ferguson by being a trusted accountability partner. They ensure coachees are on track with their committed action steps toward their career goals. Coaches offer a resource for you to think broadly through your career and future while also creating a safe environment for coachees to be vulnerable with their questions, doubts, progress, or accomplishments.

How does it work?

All employees are matched with a coach based on their department and office location. Each coach has a maximum of three coachees to ensure they provide their coachees with all the resources they need to succeed.  The coach-coachee relationship length varies. After a year, assignments for new coaches can be made, or the pairing can stay the same. The coaching experience is entirely up to the coachee: how often the pair meets, expectations for the relationship, and more. Coaches are a great asset to jumpstart your time at Calvetti Ferguson and your career path.
