She has over a decade of assurance experience spanning the US and UK, specifically focusing on financial services and growth-stage companies.  Her assurance experience expands beyond providing audits to include supporting clients with technical accounting issues, integrating finance functions into the overall business strategy, and developing finance operating models to drive cost efficiencies.  Johanna is a Chartered Accountant (Scotland) and Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Wake Forest University. Her diverse background makes her well-equipped to meet clients’ needs with an emphasis on private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies across various sectors and strategies. She holds collaboration with her clients in high regard as she aims to future-proof their businesses to weather change and achieve growth. Johanna is also active in networks and initiatives that foster community, agency, and careers for women investors, financial professionals, and entrepreneurs.
