Mandy is a learning and development senior manager. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the firm’s talent development, including continuing professional education (CPE), learning management systems, training development, and processes. Mandy has an impressive academic background, having earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Music from Austin College and her Master of Education degree from Southern Methodist University. Prior to joining Calvetti Ferguson, Mandy spent 25 years teaching, developing training, and facilitating training at the campus, district, and state levels. She plays a pivotal role in the firm’s LEAD program, which aims to enhance the leadership skills of high-performing employees. One aspect of her involvement includes leading trainings during LEAD week. Mandy’s professional affiliations include the Association for Talent Development on both the national and local Dallas chapter levels. Her involvement in these organizations allows her to gain new insights in talent development and continuously develop the people of Calvetti Ferguson.
