Natasha is the employee benefit plan practice leader with over 20 years of public accounting experience. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and now specializes in audits of employee benefit plans and providing consulting services relating to compliance with U.S. Department of Labor requirements and IRS regulations. Her experience includes plans sponsored by public companies, defined contribution, defined benefit, 403(b) plans, employee stock ownership plans, health and welfare plans, 11-K filings, US Department of Labor notices, and plan terminations and conversions. Her industries of expertise include construction, energy, manufacturing, distribution, private equity, real estate, and technology. Additionally, she is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs, and the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network. Involved in her community, she works closely with St. Andrews Church.
