Fostering growth and strengthening communities
Our goal is to positively impact the trajectory of people and families in underserved communities. In Houston, we partnered with Bethel’s Family Youth Leadership Academy to direct our outreach efforts to middle and high school students in their program across the Houston area.
Our team members teach classes to Bethel’s students throughout the year, provide mentorship, and share what a career in the financial services industry looks like. Like the professional development program for our full-time employees, LEAD, we take 20 students through a week-long training at our headquarters. The students become part of a corporate office setting while practicing networking, team building, and business etiquette.
We are committed to making a lasting impact. Partnering with the academy allows us to serve our Houston community. It gives us the foundation to drive future impacts in other markets, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Nashville, and San Antonio.
Expanding our reach
Through Project Impact, we strive to build professional development programs that serve underserved youth in our communities. Our goal is to provide unique opportunities to help students from these areas learn key professional skills. By fostering a supportive environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and personal development, we aim to empower the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers. Through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on experiences, we aspire to equip these young individuals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in an ever-evolving world.
