For the first time, Calvetti Ferguson is proud to announce that the Dallas Business Journal has ranked Calvetti Ferguson as a 2023 Best Place to Work. Calvetti Ferguson was ranked in the top 40 in the medium category, with 50 to 249 employees. The honor was announced at the 2023 Best Places to Work Awards luncheon at The Statler Hotel in Dallas.

The Best Places to Work Awards celebrates exceptional workplaces in Dallas-Fort Worth and the wider North Texas area. These esteemed companies achieved the highest employee survey scores within their respective size categories, with rankings in each category receiving top scores on a scale of 1 to 100, according to an index developed by Quantum Workplace. The survey was distributed and completed during the summer, where employees evaluated their companies in goals and leadership, communication and support, advancement opportunity and skill development, recognition and compensation, tolerance and flexibility, and embracing innovation and ideas. Calvetti Ferguson received a score of 96.1, with 51 employees located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

“The firm is deeply humbled and equally thrilled to receive the Best Places to Work award from the Dallas Business Journal for the very first time,” said Jason Ferguson, managing partner at Calvetti Ferguson. “This recognition is proof of our unwavering commitment to our team and the outstanding workplace culture we’ve cultivated. From our connection teams to our robust learning and development programs, it is an honor to be acknowledged for our dedication to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally.”

Brad Cummings, Dallas office managing partner, shared, “This achievement is a reflection of the exceptional individuals who comprise our team and the collaborative, innovative culture we’ve fostered.” Michael Arnell, Fort Worth office managing partner, added, “It shows our firm’s dedication to both the excellence and the overall satisfaction of our employees.”

With over 150 employees across five office locations, Calvetti Ferguson is committed to investing in its staff and positively impacting their communities. Since its establishment in 2003, the firm has steadfastly cultivated a workplace culture prioritizing employee fulfillment and well-being. Professional development remains a top focus, as evidenced by this year’s induction of five new employees into the LEAD Program, a leadership development initiative designed for high-achieving individuals on the path to partnership, and a robust one-on-one coaching program that includes all firm employees.
