In addition to being the Assurance Partner in Charge, Jim is the firm’s Co-Founder. He works with private equity funds, independent sponsors and family offices and their portfolio companies. He also works with software as a service (SaaS), high technology, distribution, energy, and the manufacturing industries with services including audits and reviews, internal audits, internal controls assessments, process improvements, and transactional support.
