Andrea Ontiveros brings over eight years of experience conducting R&D tax credits and three years conducting Employee Retention Credits (ERCs). Her journey has led her to specialize in optimizing tax incentives for businesses across various industries. While having the opportunity to engage with various sectors, her focus lies in the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and software industries. She has experience managing teams, implementing new service line processes, and conducting quality assurance reviews. Her deep industry knowledge makes her a vital member of the tax incentives team. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology with specifics in Petroleum from Texas A&M University. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is passionate about animal rescue. She is a member of the Animal Justice League (AJL) and serves as a small dog foster. In addition, she is a member of the Association of Former Students at Texas A&M University.
