Driven by sustained growth across Texas, Calvetti Ferguson, one of the largest independent CPA firms in the United States, is moving its Fort Worth office to the top floor of One City Place. The relocation is effective January 24, 2022, marking a major investment in the firm’s future in North Texas.
The move is a significant expansion: the firm will occupy 12,131 square feet on the 19th floor—a substantial increase from their former 8,000 square feet in the Ridglea Bank Building—and the new space is designed to accommodate double the current employee headcount.
The new office space features two large conference rooms, a renovated kitchen and breakroom, and modern workspaces, all within the heart of Fort Worth’s Central Business District.
“We are excited to start construction next month and move downtown,” said Jason Ferguson, Managing Partner at Calvetti Ferguson. “Our fast-growing Fort Worth team is looking forward to being in the city center and having convenient access to retail, restaurants, and other amenities near Sundance Square.”

The decision to increase physical office space comes as a direct result of the firm’s commitment to culture and connectivity, even as it embraces flexible work.
“While many companies are looking to decrease office space, we feel strongly that having a collaborative, updated office space helps build on our connectedness and culture,” Ferguson continued. “Our hybrid work schedule allows employees the flexibility to work from home while still connecting and collaborating with their colleagues and clients in the office each week.”
This expansion builds on the firm’s momentum, which included another significant transaction in 2021: the execution of an office lease in the Dallas Arts Tower in downtown Dallas, Texas.
