We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator to help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role will ideally be based in Houston, Texas.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives to identify areas of improvement quickly. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. They should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Salesforce, including user setup and design/configuration of Custom Objects, Profiles and Roles, Workflow/Process Builder, Visual Flows, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality
  • Work with the business to design and develop reports in Power BI
  • Create and provide project plans, requirements, and technical documentation for larger projects and long-term initiatives
  • Coordinate testing and deployment plans for complex change management/rollouts
  • Deliver user guides and training for large deployments
  • Track and communicate expectations and progress updates to customers while managing expectations using Freshdesk, Outlook, and Teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Salesforce Developer certification and Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Admin experience in a digital environment, preferably in the Professional Services space
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Preferred experience using Heroku and/or Boomi for syncing data to Salesforce & other APIs
  • Mastery of the Salesforce Architecture, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, validation rules, roles, profiles, permission sets & security settings
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders
  • Experience administering marketing automation systems like HubSpot is a plus
  • 1 year of experience developing Microsoft Power BI reports. Data Analyst certification or 3 years of experience a plus.
