The marketing coordinator will be on the marketing team and manage events and sponsorships in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The candidate will coordinate marketing efforts for CF Financial, an affiliate company. They will also provide support with social media posting, graphics creation, database management, marketing automation, and more.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Two to four years of related experience
  • Experience planning and managing corporate events
  • Experience managing corporate social media channels
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce (campaigns, leads, contacts, accounts, reports)
  • Experience preparing reports in Excel and PowerPoint and analyzing data across multiple platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Must be able to travel and work events on weekends, early mornings, and late evenings

Preferred:

  • Experience with Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of data platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with WordPress websites
  • Experience editing videos and producing short videos
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
