The marketing associate will be on the marketing team and manage social media channels (posting, monitoring, and graphic creation), create client proposals, assist in updating the website, write blog posts, and draft internal communications. The candidate will have opportunities to assist with marketing activities such as database management, reporting, sponsorships, events, client surveys, and video.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience preparing reports in Excel and PowerPoint and analyzing data across multiple platforms
  • Working knowledge of data platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and developments
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Must be able to travel and work events on weekends, early mornings, and late evenings


  • One year of related experience
  • Experience providing copy and graphics support for social posts
  • Experience with Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Experience creating new pages and editing WordPress websites
  • Experience with automated workflows, lead nurturing, and lead scoring
  • Experience editing videos and producing short videos
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Working knowledge in HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, email marketing, or similar marketing automation platforms
