Seeking a full-charge bookkeeper with the ability to interact with and assist various clients with monthly bookkeeping activities to include general ledger analysis, closing activities, reporting, and other accounting procedures as needed. Candidate will be based in our Fort Worth office.

Experience required in the following areas:

  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Calculating and/or recording accruals and other journal entries
  • Recording accounts receivable and payable
  • Maintaining fixed assets/depreciation schedules
  • Preparing payroll, payroll tax returns, and sales tax returns
  • Preparing financial reports

 

Candidate should have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Sage/Peachtree
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
