This role is based in the Fort Worth office. The Assurance Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with quality control review of non-technical elements of financial statements and other client documents, including grammar and formatting. Candidate needs to have excellent written communication skills, a thorough command of English grammar, and an eye for detail. Additionally, the candidate must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs and deadlines, in addition, to manage and prioritize competing requests from multiple sources. This candidate must be skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, and proficient in other Microsoft applications. Associate’s degree or higher is required; focus on English, journalism, marketing, or related fields a strong plus. Preference is given to those with experience in technical writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting.

Requirements:

  • Education: associate’s degree or higher (3.2+ GPA)
