Dallas Audit Senior Manager

The Audit Senior Manager is a professional position responsible for the overall audit process for clients. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from four-year college or university; eight plus years of financial statement audit experience at a public accounting firm; and a desire to develop younger professionals. CPA license is required. The nature of this position requires direct contact with company employees at all levels as well as contact with clients, representatives, vendors, and other business-related representatives. Dallas Tax Manager

Our Tax Manager is responsible for the implementation of tax planning ideas, overseeing client tax compliance projects, provides thought leadership to the partner group while actively developing and mentoring other members of the Tax practice. Develops and maintains strong client relationships, coordinates with Partners, Managers, and staff. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years total experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ experience reviewing federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and an active CPA license. Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed. Experience with individual and trust income tax and consulting skills are required. Advanced technical and consulting skills in the areas of: partnership formations, operations, and liquidations; private equity funds and their portfolio companies is a plus. Corporate income tax provision experience, would also be a plus. Managers are expected to assist in identifying and delivering high value tax planning ideas for clients. Fort Worth Full Charge Bookkeeper

Based in Fort Worth, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with knowledge on QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Sage/Peachtree. Candidates should have the ability to interact with and assist various clients with monthly bookkeeping activities to include general ledger analysis, closing activities, and other accounting procedures as needed. This position is also responsible for reconciling bank accounts, calculating and/or recording accruals and other journal entries, recording accounts receivable and payable, maintaining fixed assets/depreciation schedules, preparing payroll and payroll tax returns, and preparing sales tax returns. Based in San Antonio, candidates should have at least 1 – 3 years of experience and be CPA eligible. The Tax Associate or Senior Tax Associate is a staff position responsible for working with individuals and business in various industries. Personnel in this role will prepare federal and multi-state income tax returns for business entities, including C-corporations, S-corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, as well as complex federal and state individual income tax returns, and returns for gift taxes, estate taxes, and trusts.
